Presurgical Mapping & Clinical decision-making

The “Presurgical Mapping & Clinical decision-making” course is an introduction to post-processing methods for building patient-specific maps of the brain for surgical planning of brain tumor resection. The session is part of the HST.583 Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Data Acquisition and Analysis course.

Participants are required to install the 3D Slicer software, Slicer DMRI extension and course datasets in preparation for the hands-on sessions.
